This has become my new favourite bread knife and I've given my old one away! I absolutely love everything about this knife.

The knife is very sharp and cuts through bread and rolls like butter, an absolute dream to use. I adore the design of the handle and the fact that it's made all in one so that overtime the handle will not become loose and separate like every bread knife ever.

One thing that you can't see just by looking at it, though is how light it is. I was really surprised at how lightweight the knife is when holding it, it weighs very little. The handle is also quite thick and fits very nicely in the hand, I feel it would be a good knife for those with limited mobility due to the light weight and chunky handle design.

It even comes with a small plastic piece to put over the sharpest part of the knife for if you don't have a knife block to fit it in.
