Best chai seeds

I started using these chai seeds about 6 months ago and have never looked back. I have 2 spoons in the am to give me energy and one at night before bed. With two toddlers and hardly the time too eat, these add the nutrition I need to make it through the day

The best chia seeds I have had, I love using these in my smoothies to make them nice and thick!! and sprinkle over my fruit for that extra crunch, yum!!

Chia seeds tend to be expensive but I was surprised to see that this bag was around $10 at my nearest Real Canadian Superstore. I use chia seeds in my granola cereal in the mornings. I like that it gives of health benefits.

These are a great price at $10.00 CAN you cant beat that. I love putting a tablespoon in my water bottle I love the jelly texture they give off. You can grind them up and put them on salads , wraps , soups, toast you can use Chia seeds in baking as a egg replacer just love. No taste what so ever but as someone who does not drink enough water I love Chia seeds because they absorb ALOT of it.
