This is such an interesting product!

I was looking for lucuma pulp to use in a recipe, but couldn't find it in the city where I live, so I bought this powder instead. After tasting how delicious and unique the flavour was in the dessert, I started experimenting more with this powder. I added it to my oatmeal, instead of a sweetener and it was delicious! It's also really good in smoothies! Plus, it's not gritty at all, like I was worried it might be.
