Great tasting!

Since becoming plant based (given up meat and diary) I make my own cheese sauces using cashews. I love these cashews because they are raw and organic with no oil or salt added. All natural! They taste great just to snack on because they are packed with nutrition but also make some great "cheesy" sauces!

These cashews were very under seasoned and barely roasted.
