A simply delicious holiday cookie.

Im not big on packaged cookies but these were absolutely delicious. The peppermint bark consisted of white chocolate and crushed candy cane. It was the perfect amount of mint flavor and it complimented the crisp chocolate cookie nicely. I was not expecting much since I purchased them at my local Dollorama and they surprisingly exceeded my expectations. There was only nine cookies in the pack so it didnt last long. I will definitely need to buy a few boxes next time.
