Great consistency but doesn't get rid of fine lines

I like the consistency of this eye cream. It is a slightly softer cream/ more liquid you so I feel like it absorbs more easily into the skin. However, I have fine lines caused by dehydration and this eye cream has not solved that problem. So I probably will not repurchase but in the mean time it is fine, and it works great under makeup.

Its good for the puffy eye and dry skin.

Im using it before the makeup for Moisturizing around the eye.
