The formula is made of essential oils such as basil, peppermint and eucalyptus and helps reduce tension when the scent is inhaled. There is a method to applying this product (it is demonstrated on their website) When I tried this creme, I was immediately hooked - the dull feeling in my head immediately melted away and I felt more rejuvenated and awakened. I definitely will keep this in my purse when I need immediate sensory feedback to keep myself alert and focused throughout the day.
