These earrings are made up of a round cut cubic zirconia, surrounded by a halo of smaller crystal clear zirconia stones. The focal point of these earrings are the blue zirconia further accentuated by the mounting claws that hold it in a place. The earrings themselves are 18 k gold plated. The overall length of the earring is 0.38 inches which I found the stud length was a little longer than I'm accustomed to but not overly big.

The halo of stones surrounding the blue zirconia sparkle and catch the light nicely enhancing the center stone. I think this gives the earrings a more expensive look. Despite the physical appearance of these earrings they don't feel heavy in the ears.These earrings are pictured as saphire blue, But I received them in an aquamarine color but they are lovely just the same. The post on the back of these earrings are not centered which may be an issue for certain cuts but surprisingly these ones are off centered but still sit nicely in the ears. The earrings are he'd on by a butterfly clasp. I do find the post slightly longer than it needs to be but it seems most jewellery I have purchased has been like this lately.

These earrings have an heirloom design that looks classic and timeless like it has been handed down from generation to generation. It comes in a small velour jewellery box that would make it presentable as a gift for a loved one or a gift to yourself. I have not had a reaction so far since they are gold plated and if the plating does come off the manufacturer on Amazon offers a three year warranty so that tells me that the seller is confident in their product. To me it seems like a win, win situation.
