Bad customer service

The staff at Dalhousie in ottawa are rude and not friendly to customers, I made a suggestion that they forget to add spice on my order and instead of fixing or owning their mistake he got attitude.

Shawarma at its best! Never fail Osmow’s for amazing food. It doesn’t matter which restaurant you go to the food is amazing. When I have ordered shawarma the generous portion with lots of meat is well worth the price.

Good shawarma

I love going to osmow's for my shawarma but now they have increased their prices which to be honest I don't this is worth it for the serving size! The taste is good though!

This is the best Shwarma place ever created. The portions are a good size, the price is amazing. I always get a chicken shwarma with extra garlic sauce with a side of rice with garlic sauce. Their garlic sauce it amazing - makes you feel like drinking it. They have lots of other options. This is a go to for dinner in my Family at least twice maybe three times a month.
