If your ever in Nelson BC a small community in the Kootenays you must go to this cafe or get a pack of there coffee.This place is well known and always has a lineup its the place to get your java fix.They have clever little names for all there blends.I like The Mudshark here is what its described like

The Mudshark
Organic with a complex mix of flavours (it's a combination of Central American—mainly Cuban—Ethiopian, and Sumatran beans). It has sweet notes and a hint of cinnamon and cardamom in its aftertaste; it's smoky, but not heavy. A good latté/ cappuccino blend.

They have so many varieties from light,medium,dark,very dark and decaf.The coffees are so unbelievably good!I'm lucky they sell the coffee in my local supermarket.It is well known here and all throughout Canada.
