I actually found this in a free box on the side of the road. It has helped me so much. I can make toum (that wonderful garlic sauce you get at and Lebanese style restraint) it helps the oil and other ingredients to emulsify. It also shreds, for example if you wanna share carrots or cabbage to make coleslaw. It is great for margaritas and smoothies. I love it and it is a very attractive item.
