As a sufferer of year round allergies, I find at times that no pill form medication helps to clear my sinuses. At those times the only thing that works for me is Otrivin Decongestant Nasal Spray, and I use the one with Moisturizer.

I couldnt stand myself with my otrivin nose spray during colds or severe allergy bouts. It is the only thing that works for me. I love that it has moisturizers in it also to prevent drying out and cracking. I recommend to anyone suffering congestion to give it a try however I only use the Otrivin "measured dose pump" it seems to work for more effectively
