Just received this to try and let me tell you I am absolutely please with this product.

As soon as I got it I added a scoop to my load of whites.
I was excited to see just how white I could get our socks.
I was also a little hesitant as some of our socks have dark colors or stripes.
The whites load came out bright, almost like I had used a bleach (which I didn't).
There was no fading of the colored items or bleeding of colors.

I don't think I would wash whites again with this color sheild.

I used the OxiClean Colour Shield Laundry Stain Remover Powder in a wash with all light and white colours.
Put in the required scoop amount of powder first and when it dissolved, I added the other laundry detergent that I usually use. All the clothes came out nice and bright. Usually, there are a few stains still stuck, but with the
OxiClean product, there wasn't any Residual stains. Really nice product and easy to use.

I tried it on my son's jacket. After a week it is pretty dirty. It did clean it but not 100%. It did made kid's white clothes really white! I am happy with the results. You can see before and after in the picture.

I really liked the ease of using OxiClean Colour Shield Laundry Stain Remover Powder. It worked really well as an added boost to our regular loads and it also worked great on newer stains. Older stains however (more than a week) were a little more difficult to get out - the spray worked a bit better for that. Overall I'm pleased with OxiClean Colour Shield and will use it again.

This product works well on fresh stains. I had some tomato sauce splatter on my shirt and it took the stain out when I added the powder to the wash. When I tried to get an older stain off one of my son's shirts, it lightened it, but did not remove completely. I would recommend this powder for things like grass stains on sports uniforms and fresh stains on clothes that you intend to wash right away.

I got to try this product for free from Chickadvisor and I used it to remove the stains on my little ones' clothes. It does remove the new stains very well as claimed and preserve the color of the clothes as claimed by the package. However, I must admit it's not very effective on age-old stains (I guess it is the same for other stain removers too). I presoaked the clothes before putting it into laundry, though I think the powder is not as easily as dissolved as I hoped. I also don't like the design of the package as I never want to touch the powder. When you have a full box, you literally have to put the scoop upside down. Having said that, this stain remover doesn't irritate my skin as other stain removers that I've used before.

Oxi clean colour shield powder does an excellent job of removing stains while keeping the colors of the clothing bright and true to their color. If I have a tough stain I will make a page out of the powder and apply directly otherwise I just added directly to my washer and found it worked really well. It's a great value as well cause you only need a little bit so it lasts a long time.
