I thought with having two boys (aged 8 and 12), that nothing would ever get the stains out, boy was I wrong! This laundry detergent is awesome! Grass stains - gone, ketchup on a white pipeband shirt - gone, sweat stains on my husband's work shirts - gone! I am converted!
I did find it pricey, but it is worth it because you only wash the clothes once to get the stain out!
This product is pretty high priced so I would buy it only if it was on sale. I easily found it at my local Shoppers Drug Mart. It has a great clean and fresh scent!! That's what I loved about it, as well as the ability to tackle tough stains that my kids leave behind on their clothing. The clothes didn't need a second round or extra stain remover so I was pleased by the effectiveness of it. It's very. Comparable to the strength of other products in the same line for Oxi Clean! Overall I was happy with the product!
I received this product for free to review it!
Liked the smell, would buy if it was on sale. Work on soiled clothes that was not sprayed with spray and wash first.
I got my coupon in the mail but had a hard time finding the product. I went to Sobey's and Safeway and they only carry a few kinds of Oxiclean laundry detergent. They didn't have the one specified in the coupon. I finally found it at Target and thank goodness I only had to pay the tax because it was $9.99. My regular laundry soap is Sunlight and this worked about the same. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this unless it was on sale.
oxiclean laundry detergent is a laundry detergent as like as the other detergent,so so.no better no worth!!!!but it's price is very acceptable for me.
ok,got it for free for review. so this is my opinion:
1.too expensive :got it from target 8.99 compare to tide fresh&clean;2.99
2. have toddler, preteen and husband auto mechanic.works excellent on kids clothes(removed tea, food and some other minor stains) but actually didn't worked on husbands clothes(added some stain removal in the next cycle).
3.smells great.
bottom line: not bad for free, but I'll think twice to buy it for real money
the best product used ever- would recommend it - only if the price was a bit more reasonable,
I was sent this product to try, I must say being a mom for over 25yrs I've tried them all and I have to say even though a bit pricey at 10.99 it does a fabulous job at getting out tough stains and leaves your clothes looking bright and fresh. I've even used it as a pre-soak before washing for those really tough stains. If you haven't tried it you should you wont be disapointed.
I received this product free to give my opinion so here it is:
Price: Excellent as it was free, otherwise the $8.99 price tag at SaveOn Foods is on par with other brands like Tide and Gain.
Smell: I chose the Fresh Scent and I must say, its absolutely fantastic and wow did my deck smell awesome as my dryer vent is under it!!
Effectiveness: My husband is a paver and I swear my washer cries every time I do a load of his prime/tack/asphalt/dirt covered clothes, however I did not find OxyClean laundry soap to be any more effective at removing those terribly dirty clothes than the competitors such as Tide, Gain, store brands etc.
All in all, I would recommend this laundry soap but like another ChickAdvisor commented, you can add OxyClean crystals to any laundry detergent and probably get the same result.
I received there product free from company to try. I have two toddlers so stains are very common in my house, I end up throwing out a lot of clothes. I did a load with oxiclean and did not apply stain remover before hand to see if it would work. I was very pleased with out come, most stains it took out without a trace. The one of blood (scratched up knee) did come out better then my normal detergent but not 100% . I will be using this detergent again. And plan on telling my friends about it.
