If you need a hand grab these

As I get older I find I need a bit more help like in the shower. I found I was concerned about my physical safety in the shower so I invested in OXO Good Grips Strong Hold Suction Grip Bar for Bath and Shower, White From Amazon. I absolutely love these grip bars. If I feel a slight bit unsteady I will hold onto the Grip bar and I feel safe once again. They are so very easy to attach. I will continue to use them and recommend them.
