OXY Volcanic Ash Acne Scrub

I got the OXY® Volcanic Ash Acne Scrub with Bentonite Clay, Volcanic Ash and Salicylic Acid 2% #tryitfree to review. The 2% salicylic acid in it which helped wonderfully with my pimples. It’s also advertised to detox skin, exfoliate and fight acne. I did find that it helped exfoliate my skin, but not aggressively enough. I LOVE a gritty exfoliator. I used this product in the morning, daily. The bottle does recommend you use it up to two or three times daily, but who has time for that? I have naturally oily skin, so I welcomed the strong salicylic acid in there, as it seemed to help control my oils. Okay product

Smells good , I wish this product had more exfoliating beads in it though. I feel like they didn’t do much to help with acne but I haven’t been using the product long enough to notice any differences in my skin

Not as fresh as I would like

I received this product to review from ChickAdvisor. The scrub has a refreshing smell and is gentle in the face. It doesn’t leave my face as clean as I would like though.

it was very effective in helping smooting out my skin and clearing it up. In a matter of 2 weeks, it proved to be very effective. I used it about 3 times a week

A wicked product

Great product use it daily it makes my skin feel smooth and sift afterwards! Did not like the scent at all! Thank you for the chance to try this amazing product

A little to drying

My husband struggles with mild acne and dry skin. So I thought this product would be a good fit for him as I’ve been telling him for ages that he needs to lightly exfoliate. As an exfoliate this product is good. But I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for those who hav dry skin. It made his skin extremely dry after each use.

Fresh!

I had the opportunity to try this product from ChickAdvisor and XY Club. Overall it's a good scrub...just wouldn't use it that often because it feels a little abrasive. It does make my skin feel very clean though. Pores seem refined and helps with acne.

Clear Skin

I tried this product but found it much too drying on my mature skin.
My 12 year old son used it regularly and is still using it. He has mild teenage acne with blemishes on his nose, chin and forehead. This scrub is messy so he uses it in the shower. He likes the smell...I did not.
It does help keep his skin clear if he uses it consistently and it does not dry his oily skin.
He also has pretty sensitive/reactive skin and has no problems with this.

Volcanic ash scrub

I was a bit disappointed since it did nothing to help with the few pimples I had on my forehead. It also didn’t prevent me from getting new pimples. The smell was nice and it left my skin soft. It was drying however so I couldn’t use it every day

Decent Facial Cleanser

Overall this product is a nice face cleanser, it smells nice and leaves the skin feeling fresh. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it helped very much for my acne prone skin. It didn’t lessen break outs but it also did not increase them either.
