Good basic scrub

It’s a good beginner scrub for someone who wants to start exfoliating. I didn’t notice any drastic changes in my acne breakouts or skin texture. I did like the menthol smell of the scrub and it does have a lot of charcoal/volcanic ash in it.

Just received it

I just received it and did not have time to try it yet. according to its ingredients it seems it is compatible with my skin and I would not have any problems with using it.

Good but quite abrasive

Although it's a good scrub it would be far too abrasive for someone with actual acne and not just breakouts. I use it as a mask/scrub hybrid, because of the bentonite clay I leave it on for like 5 minutes after very lightly exfoliating my face.

Good value

I received the product complimentary as a chance to review it for others. When I first reviewed the product I wasn’t a big fan of the packaging. I thought the imaging made it look like it was more for younger teenagers. The product also surprisingly smelled like the Swedish berry candy. However I did like the consistency of the product. It is a dark grey colour so you can definitely see the areas of your face you have covered when using it. However, it did make it harder to wash it all off. There were a few microbeads but not too many and I liked that it contains salicylic acid and bentonite clay which is supposed to be great for extracting oils from the skin. Overall, it seems like a decent product and I will continue to use it in the future.
