Not for sensative skin

I wouldn't recommend the volcanic ash acne scrub to people who have sensitive skin because it irritated mine when I used it, and I thought I left it on for too long, which was about 5 minutes. So the second time I used it, I only left it on for 30 seconds and washed it off quickly, but my skin was still red and irritated although it did help me get rid of breakouts but not pimples.

I like that the scrub is cooling and gentle despite the small particles but the product itself did not work well for my skin. A week in since I started the product I did not see any changes or improvement to my skin. It might be that the product wasn’t right for me.

Be aware burns skin

After applying my skin is smooth and free of oil.
But for some reason there is this slimy residue on my skin after thoroughly rinsing with water. I have to use another cleanser to get rid of it.

Also, BE CAREFUL DO NOT leave it on the skin for too long. It’s burn and make it red.

I didn’t enjoy using this product. I tried it on a small area once a day for 3 days as the package says. Then I started using it on my whole face and it caused more breakouts and redness. It definitely helped my skin feel clean but wasn’t helping with acne.

Not so great

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait qu’il y ait du menthol dans le produit. Ça apportait un effet inconfortable sur mon visage. Je suis un peu déçue. Le packaging du produit fait en sorte qu’on ne dirait pas que c’est un bon produit pour la peau.

Scrub

I didn’t personally like this product as it was very harsh for me, i have sensitive skin, might be good fit for normal skin. I will definitely prefer something gentle

Bad Breakout

If you have very sensitive skin then this is definitely not the product for you. I wouldnt recommend this if you have rocasia either. My break out eas very bad.

Drying

Was excited to try this but felt that it left our skin dry. With acne prone skin already, this product didn't help at all, made it worse. Would not recommend to anyone with acne issues. The odd flare up and not dry skin person, maybe it would work better but not for me.
