i found this pan on amazon after doing a lot of research. this is an *excellent* non-stick frying pan as an alternative to the poisonous teflon. it is made in germany, is pfoa free, and has a natural stone derived coating. eco-friendly *and* awesome non-stick!! other ecofriendly non-stick pans i have used in the past were very disappointing. i've had to throw out 2, both of which i did not use for long, yet foods started to stick quickly. this pan holds to it's performance. it scratch free, although i take care to not use metal utensils and it also come with a cloth protector for storage. this pan needs very little oil, which is great for people trying to cut back, and it washes easily. the handle is made from silicon and is cool to touch; heat transfer is very good. and simply that pan just looks gorgeous. i am totally in love!!
