Delicious Soft Apple Raisin Bread

I bought a pack of these from Costco for under $10, which included 12 morning rounds. The rounds are quite large- about the size of my hand. Each round is 200 calories. They are essentially soft bread rounds filled with pieces of apple and raisin. The texture is soft and chewy. They have a natural sweetness from the fruit in the bread. I also like the cinnamon taste that is present in the bread. I put these in the freezer and left some out to defrost on the counter when I was ready to eat them, and they were a bit hard. This makes me question how well they freeze and unfreeze. The bread got quite a bit softer once I put it in the toaster for a little while, and the toasting also gave it a freshly baked feel. These are great for breakfast or lunch. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
