Works for relief from insect bites.

I received my Ozonol® Non-Stinging Ointment a couple weeks ago and have used it primarily for relief from the sting of insect bites; it works very well! I am quite happy with it, and would definitely recommend this product to other people -- especially if you also live in farm country.

Definitely keeping this around the house

Ozonol is a topical ointment for everyday first aid! It helps prevent infection and promotes the natural healing of scrapes, minor burns, skin irritations, insect bites, chafing, and chapping. i enjoyed the gentle, non-stinging formula that provides almost immediate relief.

Love that it’s perfect for adults and children 2 years and older.

I've used it on irritated skin and it works wonders! Definitely keeping this around the house.

Bug bite relief

I recently tried Ozonol on a bug bite I had. Within minutes, the itchiness started to subside. The redness calmed down noticeably as well. By the end of the day, the bite was barely a bother! I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and effectively Ozonol provided relief.

Works well but strong smell

So ozonol is an old school ointment which I have never heard about. I love trying new things, so I gave it a go.

Pros: not stinging ( see video of major scrape), soothing, thick, and long-lasting

Cons: it had an old-school smell, kind of like an old nursing home. It's hard to pinpoint 😆... but it may not be for everyone. Almost like dettol? Kind of pine like.

Overall, it does what it states. Would I buy it again? That's debatable. It works well, but that smell is a bit much for me, to be honest.

Helpful for minor skin wounds

I actually had never heard of the Ozonol® brand before, so I'm glad I got to try this Ozonol® Non-Stinging Ointment! At first, I didn't think it would be that effective since it doesn't contain any antibiotics, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a minor scrape on my elbow heal quite fast after applying this ointment! I noticed that my wound was "drying" but in a healing way, as if the ointment was providing a layer of protection that was helping the skin to close faster, and trust me, even if that was a minor scrape, it had some depth to it, so I was quite surprised at how fast it closed! It took about a day to develop a firm layer of thin, healing skin and the whole thing was completely gone after about 2 days, without any further issues or infection. I'm very happy with the results, though I tried it on a small wound, but I will make sure to always have this product in my cabinet and first aid kit, for minor skin irritations and wounds. Oh and it helps a lot with itching while the skin heals, so that was another pleasant surprise. I completely forgot about that scrape for a whole day since I wasn't feeling any itching or burning. I would say this product is very effective despite not containing any antibiotics, so I would definitely recommend it! - I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review.

Instant relief for kitchen burns

I recently had the opportunity to try Ozonol, thanks to a free sample from @thisisbutterly and Ozonol Canada. As a busy mum of two, accidents in the kitchen are not uncommon. I recently burned my hand while making my delicious avocado rotis, and the timing couldn't have been better to test out this ointment!

Ozonol has a soothing, cooling effect that provided instant relief to my burn. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it alleviated the pain and helped reduce the redness. It's now a staple in our household first aid kit, as it is in many Canadian homes.

It stopped the stinging

It was kind of hard to review this because you need to injure yourself in order to test it. Eventually I did by cutting my knuckle with sheers while I was cutting my boyfriends hair. Naturally it was bleeding quite a bit and hurt, so I put the tiniest amount and, was honestly surprised how fast the pain went away, plus the bleeding subsided quickly too.

So I kept up with it, but didn't find it healed any faster than having applied nothing. I will say, I'm not usually sensitive to scents, but this had my throat itching horribly. It's an ointment smell, but a little different, so I didn't like that. Also, I know it's delivered in small doses with this product, but one of the ingredients is phenol which is a dangerous material in higher doses. We're talking organ damage, neural damage, and even cancer. I just don't think that something I'd want to have on my body penetrating open wounds, even if it is a low dose.

Works Amazingly

I'm not going to lie, I had never heard of this product before. I love using alternative medicines and I was definitely excited about this tropical ointment. I work in a machine shop, so cuts, bruises and bruise happen daily. I made sure to give this product a real test. For burns, if definitely soothes. For cuts and scrapes it works quickly to start the healing process. Not sure how it works, but it does help with pain!

The product itself has a slight minty smell, which I'm guessing is the camphor. It goes on a little glossy but didn't feel oily or anything to be.

Solid product and a great alternative to polysporin.

Better than other common OTC meds

Working in an office required coming in contact with paper on dialy basis and those little paper are disliked by everyone. This ointment helped me cure it faster than many other common OTC meds without burning my skin!! 😍 A must try!
