Effective, old-school relief for burns and scrapes

Ozonol is a staple in my household’s first-aid box. It serves as a fantastic all-around ointment for scrapes and burns, among more minor irritations like bites and chafing. Ever since I burned my hand badly on a baking sheet a few years ago, I always make sure to have a tube of this around the house for easy access. It doesn’t contain antibiotics, so there’s no concern about overuse in that respect. It only has two active or more “medicinal” ingredients: phenol and zinc oxide, which are gentle but effective in the ointment acting as an antiseptic, while also providing soothing relief. It also contains lanolin and other non-medicinal ingredients that help keep skin moist, particularly important for burns. The smell is very old-school medicinal and I actually don’t mind it. I’ve never noticed any side effects or further irritation from using it, neither on myself nor my husband. Also, a tube is 30g but because you use such a small amount on any area, it lasts a long time and you certainly won’t finish a tube before its expiry date.

Effective

I received a tube of Ozonol non stinging ointment for free from Butterly, and I was impressed with how effective it was. My daughter got a bad cut, and I immediately put the Ozonol ointment. I thought she would have a scar and a scabs for her birthday pictures, and the cut was healed and barely visible not long after. I’ve also used it to soothe little cuts on the side of my mouth, and it truly does make a difference.

Rapid comfort and Gentle Ointment

This gentle ointment is a must-have in every first-aid kit. It has been so effective and gave rapid soothing relief after applying. It did not cause any burning, stinging, redness or any kinds of irritations. This topical is used by everyone in my family as getting small cuts, scrapes, insect bites and more is quite common during work, cooking, kids playing outside or any other outdoors or indoor activities. This ointment comes in handy and is a life-saver.  I will definitely suggest everyone to pack it with them when going on adventures, camping, hiking, etc. This works the best for my family and I. After my experience of using this ointment, I will make sure we always have a stock at home!

Itchiness relief

I recently tried Ozonol® Non-Stinging Ointment, and overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance. This ointment has proven to be effective in treating minor cuts, scrapes, and burns.

The primary advantage of Ozonol® is its non-stinging formula, which makes application on sensitive or damaged skin much more comfortable. I found that it provided immediate relief upon application, soothing the affected area without any discomfort. Additionally, the ointment has a pleasant, mild scent that isn’t overwhelming, which is a nice bonus.

In terms of effectiveness, Ozonol® does a great job promoting healing. My minor cuts and scrapes healed noticeably faster when using this ointment compared to when I left them untreated. The formula keeps the skin moisturized, preventing dryness and further irritation.

However, the consistency of the ointment is quite thick, which can make it difficult to spread evenly over larger areas. A slightly thinner formula would enhance ease of application.

In conclusion, Ozonol® Non-Stinging Ointment is an effective and soothing solution for minor skin injuries. While it excels in providing non-stinging relief and promoting healing, there is room for improvement in its consistency. Overall, I would recommend this product to those looking for a reliable and gentle ointment for minor skin irritations.

Awesome Ointment

I received Ozonol Non-Stinging Ointment to try out for free. My kids tried it out on their scrapes and they both agreed that it didn't sting. My daughter tried it on her mosquito bites and found it helped soothe her skin and stop the itching. The only issue I had with the ointment has a strong medicinal smell. Overall, we definitely recommend this product.

I received this product to review for free. We went camping over the weekend and this came in handy! Burnt my hand from the fire and it worked immediately and was not in pain anymore!

Ozonol is a topical ointment that can be used everyday preventing infection and promoting a natural healing of scrapes, minor burns, skin irritation, insect bites, chafing and chopping.
I didn't grow up in Canada so this product is new for me and I'm very happy to hear about it, because it is the perfect product for having on hand, most in this time of the year when we spend more time outside.
Last week we were playing in the park with my kids and I got a sunburn, used the ointment and the next day I woke up a lot better.
