I received this item in one of my Ipsy Glam Bags. I was not a fan of this eye-liner. I had a hard time applying it, I found that there was very little pigmentation, I apply it and it doesn't really look like there's anything on my eye. Even after sharpening it again I had trouble. I wouldn't buy this liner.
