Extra

I love Pacifica, but man this highlighter is extra. I tried it in 'Nebula' which is a white-ish hue with bluey undertones. I was hoping for a subtle dewey look, but it's more like a sparkle party for teens. The liquid formula goes on smoothly but dries -really- quickly before you can blend it properly. A little dab in the inner corner of my eye looks okay, but for a cheek highlight it is way too obvious. To use it up I am experimenting with it under foundation and also mixing it right into foundation, both of which work to tone it down a bit. Once it's gone, I don't think I will re-purchase though.
