An elegant and sleek coffee maker!

This coffee maker is so aesthetically beautiful. It adds an element of elegance to all my kitchenware which is silver and black as well. The 12 cup programmable coffee maker is sleek and fits in compactly into any kitchen space. The stainless steel exterior is really easy to clean and it is very lightweight too.
The main thing which caught my eye was the fact that after selecting the strength of the coffee and the number of cups I wanted to brew into the glass carafe that came with it, I noticed that it was extremely easy to pour into individual cups. It did not drip at all and also entered this really amazing setting that keeps the coffee warm for 2 hours on the warming plate.
It was easy to detach the removable water reservoir that had a water level gauge on it for convenience, and the pause capability allows for no mess or spillage when brewing.
Another phenomenal feature is built in filter basket. It eliminates the need for individual filters and this is much more economical and eco friendly in my opinion.
This exceptional coffee maker is great for everyone, but in my case when it's a family of 4+ people or when we have friends over, it has made the process so much more convenient.
Two thumbs up for a great product that is designed in Canada, has perfect craftsmanship and is a must have for every household where coffee is a daily part of the day.

Great drip coffee maker!

I really enjoyed this coffee maker. I love that I can brew only one mug so that I'm not wasting coffee. The reusable basket eliminates coffee filters. The removable water chamber allows me to easily fill without spilling everywhere (I'm clumsy). I can also set the brew strength for those mornings I need an extra boost.

My partner has been hunting for a new 12-cup coffee maker for the last few months as he drinks a lot of coffee and his workplace doesn’t have a machine. However, I was hesitant as I only brew 2 cups daily - but this coffee maker is amazing as it has a both a small batch setting for the brewing of 2-4 cups, or a large batch setting for more! It has been so handy to use as both my partner and I are getting as much coffee as we need! 😋

It is sleek with its black stainless steel finish and the built-in filter basket eliminates the need for disposable filters, allowing for both easy brewing, cleaning and minimizes waste! The removable water reservoir makes for easy filling, and the keep warm feature keeps the temp for two hours! It also has programmable brew strength settings to choose between regular or bold coffee, which is great as I like my coffee regular and my partner prefers more of a bold pour.👌🏻

I was surprised by the ease of setup and use, and I love the ergonomic, non-drop, 12-cup carafe. Lastly, the coolest feature is the ability to pause your brew allowing for no-mess, mid-brew pouring for those who are impatient like moi 👏🏻

The best "keep warm" I've ever had on a machine!!

I love that you can choose between a regular brew or a bolder taste, even when you're programming the machine with a timer, truly customizing your morning cup of coffee. I did find setting the timer a little difficult, this will definitely be a “consult the manual” for your first couple of times. I love the fact that it has a reusable built in filter!

The design of this machine is super sleek and it all fits really nicely in my kitchen where I’m pressed for precious counter space. Brew up to 12 cups or as little as 2 cups (perfect for a large mug). The keep warm function is fantastic. I know most machines have this but it truly does keep the coffee piping hot. I add more than a splash of creamer to my coffee and I find that it doesn't affect the temperature of the "keep warm" coffee like other machines.

The biggest downside I experienced is how precise you need to be with filling the water reservoir. If you set the machine for 2-4 cups but fill the reservoir to 6 (because who else has an issue eyeballing that line when you’re exhausted at 7AM?), it’ll just empty the entire thing in the brewing process, which makes the 2-4 function ineffective. Any water you refill will dispense while the machine is on the keep warm function. Not a huge issue unless you make a full pot of coffee and then try to be proactive and immediately fill up the reservoir for the next morning… ask me how I know. I should’ve paused the machine and had a mid-brew cup (because yes, this is possible!) before trying to be eager for the next morning, oops.

Overall, this is a lovely coffee machine that brews an exceptional carafe full of coffee (or just a single cup) as long as you use it exactly as intended and are precise with how you’re using it. Not sure if we’ll switch back to our old machine just yet as I’ve been loving the extra counter space and really, really love the excellent 2 hour warm function.

Not only does it brew the freshest most tastiest coffee ever, it also brews large pots of coffee quick and conveniently which is perfect when you have guests over. It also has a programmable brew strength setting that allows you to easily adjust the coffee taste to your personal preference! My old coffee maker required disposable paper filters, which was really annoying but this coffee maker has a built-in filter basket! How awesome is that!? I highly recommend this coffee maker.
