Sturdy and efficient cookware

Who said take out or delivery when you have in your kitchen amazing kitchenware and gadgets. The PADERNO 3-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Wok, 32-cm is without hesitation a great acquisition in my home. This wok is sturdy, large and deep enough for stir-frying. Also, it can be used in the oven up to 500F which is very convenient.
Some of the other features that my husband and me liked in the Paderno 3-Ply Clad Wok was the Aluminum core which help is the heat conduction, distribution and retention. We can prepare our favorite dishes in less time.
However, it needs special treatment for a better performance. This wok for being a clad cookware is different to any other anti adherent cookware. We need first to warm it up in medium heat before adding the oil and add generous oil before cooking. Other wise the food will stick in the bottom. This is the only downside of this product if we are planning to prepare oily free food.

Good Quality

I received this wok for free to test and review. I really like how heavy it is and how big the wok is. Perfect size for my family. One thing I wish was different is the fact that it doesn't have a long handle.

Solid wok

I really liked this wok. The base of the wok is a great size, however, I would have liked the sides of the wok to come up a bit higher. The heat distribution was great and I found it was very easy to cook in it. It was also really easy to clean. It has a beautiful shine to it and appears to be made of high quality materials, so I think it will last a long time! I would have loved if it came with a lid (I think this is really what it is missing). Excited to continue to cook with it!
