Solid wok

I really liked this wok. The base of the wok is a great size, however, I would have liked the sides of the wok to come up a bit higher. The heat distribution was great and I found it was very easy to cook in it. It was also really easy to clean. It has a beautiful shine to it and appears to be made of high quality materials, so I think it will last a long time! I would have loved if it came with a lid (I think this is really what it is missing). Excited to continue to cook with it!

Heavy duty and durable wok!

I was selected to try this wok on behalf of Butterly in return for my honest opinion. What I love most about this wok is the even cooking. I found that I didn't need much heat to get a really great sear on various meats and easy cooking when mixing ingredients. What I really love is the overall shape of the wok, it has a great deep base with a considerably flat surface as the base so that anything on the bottom of the wok has space to cook flatly. I also like that the wok is deep enough to hold many ingredients. When making a stir fry, for example, I found that incorporating various ingredients was very easy and the wok is sturdy enough not to move when stiring. I like that both sides of the wok have handles, which is such a great feature because it makes moving the wok and tossing its contents really easy. Cleanup is also straightforward and just like other stainless steel-type cooking materials, they can be shined up easily with a little bit of baking soda. Overall, I'm pleased with this wok.

A great wok

I've used this pan a few times since I received it and I'm finding it hard to find a complaint about it. Maybe it could have came with a lid but thats an easy work around. Honestly, this is a solid wok. It heats eveningly thanks to the 3-ply clad construction. It's heavy but not cumbersome. It's nice and deep and big enough to make a family meal. I've had no issues with food sticking or burning from hot spots. It's been easy to clean and still has its beautiful stainless steel shine. Definitely a must have. Great heat - easy clean

I received this pan as a promotion through Butterly for review. I haven’t had a wok since my college days and I have been looking to upgrade all of my cookware. This will be an excellent addition to my kitchen. It is solid, holds great heat and sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms (separately) for steak subs wonderfully. My standard pans take 15-20 minutes to cook down the peppers and this took 6 minutes from start to finish for the perfect texture. I didn’t want to do a large meal on my first try and this worked perfectly. I needed to adjust the temperature a few times (medium high was a bit too high…) and the oil/garlic/onions got to sizzly. The pan had nice crusty bits that could be deglazed with balsamic and would make for great soup/stir fries. Only downside is that there wasn’t a large handle, but it would likely be too heavy to lift single handed while full.

Sturdy and well made

This Paderno wok is sturdy and very well made. As soon as you pick it up you can tell that it is quality as it is heavy enough to be durable but not too heavy for use. The double handles on either side make tossing food easy and it is large enough to cook a solid amount to feed a family. This wok is made of clad stainless steel and requires proper care, though the initial and subsequent seasonings to make it non-stick are very simple. Even after the first time I seasoned it, nothing stuck to the metal when I used it to stir fry meats and vegetables. It washes easily and is an excellent addition to our kitchen arsenal.

Two handle Grip is a Gamechanger

I got this wok for free in exchange for my honest review. What I liked most about this was the two handle grip and the wide base. Generally wok's are hard for me to handle because they have a single grip. My wrists are weak so it can get tricky trying to pour food out. With the double handles it distributes the weight so much better so I can pour food no problem. The wider base also allows for more food to be cooked at once which is great when prepping meals for families.

Master Chef Wok

I received this amazing “PADERNO 3-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Wok, 32-cm” from Butterly and Paderno for an honest review. I love cooking and trying new dishes. I like Mediterranean cuisine which means lot of stir frying, after trying different woks I must say this is the best one. Its 3 ply design is specially formulated for stir frying. It is compatible with all inductions. It is 9 cm deep which makes it perfect for everyday cooking. I enjoy cooking with my new Paderno wok. Definitely recommend to all great cooks.

Upgrading my cooking game

I was impressed using this Wok to make a chicken stir fry meal for my family. It cooked the chicken and veggies evenly and the stainless steel creates a great cooking surface that is non-stick. The flavours were evenly distributed. I look forward to making more meals for my family with this product.

Quality and Reliable

I would like to thank the dear Butterly team for giving me this chance to try the Paderno 3-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Wok product and comment on it impartially. I have been wanting to buy a quality wok pan for a long time; but I couldn’t decide which brand to buy. At this time, I was introduced to this product in collaboration with Butterfly and Paderno. You will appreciate that steel pans and pots are very prone to sticking. That’s why we need to create a barrier between the oil and the pot and the product. In my first try, I used both meat and vegetables and neither of them stuck to the bottom. The pan heated up quickly and cooked all the products immediately. I put the cooked pasta into it and mixed it one last time and it was successful in this regard too; Because pasta always sticks to steel products. In short, this woke up pan got full marks from me. If I were to briefly talk about the features of this ceiling;

Stir fry made easy with Paderno

I was getting frustrated at my lack of a good pan to make a stir fry dinner large enough for the whole family. I was just about to go out and buy one when to my happy surprise I received the PADERNO 3-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Wok from #butterly and #canadiantire. It was lunch time and I happened to have a bag of frozen veggies and some thawed shrimp so quickly got to cooking. This wok is the real deal. It is heavy which is a good thing. It's made of stainless steel and is large and deep enough to make a really good size lunch or dinner! It's also mostly made in Canada which is always a plus! My shrimp and veggies stir fry was a huge success with my husband and unfortunately there were no leftovers for the kids! I would totally recommend the PADERNO 3-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Wok for anyone who loves cooking with a good quality pan.
