Great chopping results effortlessly

Had an opportunity to try the PADERNO 3.5 Cup Compact Food Chopper with Vortex Blade.

This small and mighty high performing chopper do surprise me on how effortlessly and quickly is able to chop the ingredient into fine pieces. I tried to chop peanuts and tried with coffee beans, both with nice coarse or fine results. Thanks for it's vortex blade.

The chopper comes with two speed settings and a pulse function which allows precise control for coarse or fine results. After use, it was super easy to clean with blade easily to be removed and put back. Because of its compact size, it was also easy to store into cabinet when not in use. This will be my new convenient little helper in kitchen when I want something chopped quickly. Recommend.

Amazing addition to my kitchen!

The Paderno 3.5 cup compact food chopper is a great addition to my kitchen. It’s the perfect size for chopping veggies, fruit, nuts etc. It’s VERY efficient and quick, so a little power goes a long way! I used it at first to test how it chops onions, and I would say even 5-10 seconds is more than enough time!

Love the ease of use!!

This compact food chopper could not have came at a better time for me to test and review for free, I absolutely love it!!!
Being a mom I love fast prep, and Laura knows sometimes chopping takes forever. With this little contraption you can finely chop produce with ease using the low setting or if you like a more blended consistency the high setting is where it's at. It holds 3 and 1/2 cups which is perfect for a small family or a little recipe you're making, but wouldn't run to this for anything that requires more than that, or you'll be filling it over and over. However if you chop your ingredients separately and mix them in a bowl it works perfectly too.
This trapper is super easy to take apart and clean and everything it goes together like butter. You can really feel the quality in this when you're using it, super pleased with this!!

So much power

I received the #complimentary Paderno 3.5cup compact food chopper from @thisisbutterly and @canadiantire for my honest review. I was thrilled to receive this since I love products that make my food prep quicker and more convenient. I also want to start incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my meals.

Firstly, the machine is very sleek with a black stainless steel finish and designed to be compact but powerful with a 400 watt motor. I love that it takes up very little room on your counter top. It comes with a manual and clear to understand instructions. This chopper can chop, mix or puree. The chopper has two speed settings with a pulse setting to allow for corse depending how chopped up you want your vegetables.

This chopper takes some time to get used to because it has a lot of power. The first few times I used this, the machine chopped my veggies into tiny pieces which I added to my pasta salad and egg omelette. I found this chopper very simple to use, and easy to clean as well . This chopper would also be convenient for those with hand mobility concerns as it does most of the work for you.

My only negative about this product is that I found the image on the package a little misleading as the picture shows fairly larger pieces of veggies in the machine but when I tried to do same, the veggies either got caught under the blade or above it and would not chop. I then had to remove the pieces and chop them smaller before trying again. However, once I did make this change, the chopper worked perfectly. I would recommend this product to my friends and family and can’t wait to use this chopper for a variety of recipes.

Awesome for making tomato sauce!

I made pasta sauce with this and it works so well! I was shocked! It’s giving me more a food processor vibe though compared to a veggie chopper. It would be good for cutting onions or something you want really fine. It’s not something you want to use for larger cut veg. I loved it so much though!

Wish I’d gotten it sooner

I recently tried Paderno’s newest 3.5 cup chopper and WOW!! It is AWESOME! Great size for so many jobs. Lightweight, compact and the versatility of what it chops is fantastic. I tried peppers, cabbage, and carrots. Used it last night for fresh herbs. And this morning for walnuts. Superior job on all. So much easier than hand chopping. Saves oodles of time. And another highlight - no more crying while chopping onions. HOORAY!! Crazy easy to assemble, lid locks on with ease, no fumbling necessary. It has multiple speed settings as well as a pulse option so it’s easy to control how coarse or fine you want things chopped. Simple clean up as well. Sleek design, black stainless steel to suit any kitchen decor. Phenomenal chopper!!

Healthier, delicious food options

The Paderno compact food chopper is a great addition to my kitchen, especially when it comes to dinner or just a quick snack. I love that it is super compact and quiet with superior performance. We made an absolutely delicious bruschetta last week and then made a hearty salsa on the weekend. The best part is walking back to my garden and picking out fresh, naturally grown, ripe veggies and being able to make so many great snack and meal options within seconds. The unique blade design inside melts right through everything, leaving a perfect consistency for making a huge natcho platters or dips, the possibilities are endless. None of the tortillas chips on the bottom of the platter got soggy, nor did the bread with bruschetta on top because there was no runny liquid at the bottom of the bowl after chopping, just nice thick, beautiful consistencies each time. The Paderno is so versatile that you can even make puree baby food without the worry of BPA in the design. 3.5 cup liquid capacity is an excellent amount for for making extra to put in the fridge or if you have company over. This little appliance is shatter proof, scratch proof, and stain proof leaving this food chopper looking clean and modern if you don't have the cabnet space to put it away after use. Saving time and money in the kitchen is definitely welcome in my home, that's why I love my Paderno chopper.

So easy to use

This food chopper is so easy to use and clean. I love how slim it looks on my counter and uses minimal space. It has 2 speeds and a pulse function which I love, your chunks can be big or small or even sauce/purée.

Great Small Chopper

I had the opportunity to test out the PADERNO 3.5 Cup Compact Food Chopper.

We cook most of our meals and snacks at home, so I was excited to give this a try. We have a hand chopper and a blender. This is the perfect in between appliance.

I decided to make my home made salsa and guacamole. I rough chopped my ingredients and threw them in. The tomatoes chopped down to a jar salsa consistency. My onion and jalapeño I was able to make quite fine and stopped half way to push the ingredients back down to the blade. For these veggies the low setting was great. I took out my veggies and then did my avacado which got nice and smooth then I added my veggies and seasoning for a quick pulse.

Clean up is easy by hand or top rack of the dishwasher. Doesn’t take up a ton of room in the kitchen.

I am excited to find new recipes and ingredients to try in this chopper. I would recommend!
