NOTE: Clad cookware preheats at a different rate than other types of cookware which in turn can cause food to stick more. Before adding any oil, we recommend preheating the pan over medium heat. It is also necessary to add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan so that it can act as a barrier between the pan and the food.
