Great size for making meals for small family

It's a great size to make stews and chilis for my family of a size of 4. It's not too heavy too so it makes it easy to clean and handle around the house. Food is also not sticking to the bottom of the pot so it doesn't burn even when I am cooking the stew and chili at high temperatures.

Love the colour!

I always wanted a Dutch oven and this one did not disappoint! Used it to make bread for the first time ever, and it turned out amazing! So far I love it and can't wait to continue cooking with it! So many recipes I want to try. I also love the colour!

Perfect for 4!

The PADERNO Cast Iron Dutch Oven in 4.7-L size is perfect for my family. I was in the market for a new dutch oven and this has been great so far! Cleaning is pretty easy with the enamel finish, just water and dish soap and everything is off! It works well with my induction stove top, heats up easily and so far no sticks or colour changes either! I haven't put it in the oven yet but so will have to give that a try in the future. In summary I really like it so far!

Beautiful and Impeccable Quality

I was super excited to try the Paderno Cast Iron Dutch Oven. It comes in a 7-L capacity in a beautiful Atlantic Blue color, that compliments my kitchen style.

My first use of the Cast Iron Dutch Oven was to bake a loaf of sourdough bread for my family. The Dutch Oven is safe to 500 °F/ 260 °C and is the perfect vessel for baking bread. The heavy lid trapped all the steam inside which stopped the crust from forming too soon, enabling the dough to expand and crate a fluffy interior and a crispy crust. The heat was distributed evenly throughout the loaf and the heat retained inside the Dutch Oven keeping the loaf warm. A perfect sourdough loaf baked!

I absolutely love the quality of the Paderno Cast Iron Dutch Oven. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be adding a few more to my kitchen collection.!

Everyone NEEDS this

I can't express enough how much I love this cast iron dutch oven! I was previously using a slow cooker but this gets the job done in a fraction of the time! I made a beef brisket which can be tough - but not in this dutch oven! My meat came out so soft and tender that I was able to shred the beef and made the best tacos! And unlike my slow cooker, this was so easy to clean! This is a game changer!
