Nothing but wow!!!!

I was ecstatic when I got selected to try this pan for free. We cook every night in our house and are always looking for the best and most effective solutions. This pan is unbeatable. Besides being beautiful, it is just the right weight and size for almost any tasks. Its like having a cast iron pan and wok in one, mixed with a dutch oven. Couldnt ask for anything better. Wood handles are easy to grip and dont get hot . Glass lid vents nicely, washes nicely and is clear as a bell so you can see everything happening in your pan. We are most likely getting rid of a few of our pans as this is all we really need. Cleans well and is so durable. Definately looking into getting more of this set.

Impressed with this one

Made sweet chilli shrimp in my new Paderno Cast Iron Jumbo cooker. The cast iron body allows a good heat distribution and Temperature control. The honey comb cooking surface prevents the food from sticking to the bottom of the cooker. The larger size is great for making meals for a family or meal prepping. So happy with this cooker. It’s a great addition to my kitchen ware.

Really happy with it

I couldn’t contain my excitement when this arrived in the mail! The PADERNO Cast Iron Jumbo Cooker!!

We were just about to leave for our family vacation when it arrived and we didn’t want left overs, so I made some quick and easy steak bites. Goes well with rice, veggies, pretty much anything.

The steak cooked so easily and evenly. Nothing stuck to the pan. The clean up after was so easy. It’s a heavy pan but that was to be expected with “Cast iron” in the title. Aesthetically this pan is so pretty, but still can go along side any other cook-wear.
Overall I’m really happy with it.

My new go-to kitchen do-all tool

This pan does it all! I've yet to find something it doesn't cook quickly and easily (bye-bye sticky mess clean ups)! It's now the one pan I always reach for over any, for any and all dishes. It's hefty (so it takes a little bit of practice to get the hang of moving it around), but still easy to use and feels very high quality. So far, everything I've made in it has cooked perfectly without any unevenness or surprise burning. Love!

Very well made

Just the look and feel of this pan instantly shows how well made it is. It is truly gorgeous. The handle is large and stylish. The lid fits on with a good seal. The cast iron heats very evenly, cooking all your food all over the pan nicely. The non stick surface is great. The pan is heavy due to its jumbo size but it’s large size allows me to make large meals for the family. It’s easy to clean even though it’s heavy because of the non stick surface. Such an elegant pan! Love it. I received it free to test out and all opinions are my own.

Love it!!!

I am now using this non stick cast iron jumbo cooker instead of my original cast iron pans!!
I love the beechwood handles, the pan stays hot even after turning the heat off, it’s a breeze to clean!!! Literally!! It’s a bit heavy but the handles help with it.
I can cook EVERY thing in this one pan because it a 4.6 litre!!! Like I’ll have leftovers to put in the freezer so I’m saving money on food!
I’ve tried at least a dozen different dishes and each one was delicious and effortless!
I only gave 4/5 stars because there was no recipe book.

Love it!

I recently gave my cast iron skillet to my mother in law and I have been meaning to purchase a new one. This came right on time! I love how big it is! We are a family of y and this makes it easy to prepare large meals in one pot. The design of the pot makes it very easy to cook meats evenly and quickly. My steaks came out perfectly! Chicken breast were juicy, and our shrimp ramen wasn't too "fried" at all. I was worried it would be difficult to clean and take care of but it is so easy! Highly recommend

Lightweight cast iron

I never thought that lightweight and cast iron would go together, but this cast iron jumbo cooker was great surprise. Heat distribution and retention weren’t compromised. It’s easy to clean as well. The handles on the cooker would get a bit hot. Good thing the handle on the lid didn’t. I love that it works on our electric stove, but I wonder if the outer coating would also last in a gas range. Overall, it’s a premium quality pan.

A great all-purpose cast iron pan

Absolutely love this cast iron jumbo cooker (it's essentially a wide, shallow wok).

You'll notice a few things when you first get this pan:
1. It's cast iron so it's heavy, and seems very durable.
2. The craftsmanship not only looks great, but is also very functional. The second handle is a great add as it allows you to more easily pick up the pan given it's heavy nature.
3. It's very wide, and fairly shallow which makes it a great pan for all types of cooking.

When comparing this pan to others it really shines when cooking larger meals, and/or those where you layer ingredients such as a stir fry. It makes it really easy to first cook a meat, then to layer the rest of your ingredients after the fact.

Given that it's cast iron it's also great for the oven - cooking steaks in this vs a regular pan really shines. Especially when searing.

Would recommend this pan, and given my experience with it I'll be looking to other cast iron pans from PADERNO in the future.

It's a Premium Cookware

I enjoy so much with my cooking when using this PADERNO Classic Cast Iron Jumbo Cooker. I have no doubt and have much confidence when searing, browning, sautéing or frying my meal cause my food won't get burnt easily as it heats up so nice and evenly on the bottom. I specially love the flat-top beechwood handles for added comfort without using extra cloth to prevent the heat for holding it when serving and pouring. I am pretty sure you will enjoy all the premium features as this PADERNO wok is built to last for years to come. I will try other PADERNO kitchenwares in future.
