I used this frypan for several days and I love everything about it! I've never had nor used a hybrid frypan before. It was so easy to cook with and super easy to clean! It seems to be well-made and very good quality. I hope it lasts forever! I think everyone should try this frypan! 👍 👍

Best pan

Love my new stainless steel non stick pan by paderno. First of all i am obsessed by its built its so light weight & heats up to 350F. Its my staple for breakfast now. Quality is amazing & don’t have to worry as it is healthy.

Fell back in love with Cooking

I received the PADERNO Hybrid Clad Frying Pan for free in exchange for my hones review and honestly I never knew what I was missing when cooking until now. The frying pan is so easy to use and makes cooking a breeze. The non stick factor stays true throughout the entirety of cooing, without the need of heaving oils/butter. My favourite part was being able to transfer the pan straight into the oven, this makes cleanup so easy! I was scared at first to use metal utensils but can confirm the pan is able to withstand the use of metals without harming the coating. My only wishes for this product is that the handle would be made with a different material due to the ease of water marks that appears after washing. And also wish that it would be a little lighter in weight to make it easier to transport from oven to stove top. This is definitely an investment cooking tool due to its price, but 100% worth it, even my belly says so!

PADERNO Hybrid Clad Frypan

I can really see where the “hybrid” part of the name of this frypan comes from! The frying pan really cooks like a stainless steel pan but cleans up like a non-stick pan! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it heated up, maintained temperature while still being fully non-stick when releasing the food. The handle stayed nice and cool during the cooking process. It has this unique grid pattern that keeps oils under the food and ensures even heat distribution. I was able to use less oil in my cooking which is always a plus! I have successfully cooked eggs, pancakes, pasta sauce and fried zucchini in this fry pan! It feels nice, durable and well-made. My arm is somewhat of a weakling so I am happy that it is lightweight and not heavy like some of my other pans. I love that it is made in Canada and does not contain PFOA’s. Awesome new addition to my kitchen and my new go-to frypan!

Solid dual mode frying pan

I've been using the Paderno Hybrid Clad Frypan for a couple of weeks now. I find it does a great job distributing heat evenly. I love that it has solid construction and can go in the oven up to 500 degrees for a seamless transition from stovetop to finishing something off in the oven. I do have to use some sort of oil when cooking or food sticks but I expected that to be the case. So far I am impressed with this pan!

Love it

I hate my current large frying pan, so this pan arrived at the perfect time. The pattern on the pan is interesting and I was very curious to see how it would interact with the food I was cooking. The first thing I noticed about this pan is the weight. I really like that it is on the heavier side. The first day I used it I made eggs over easy. For my other pan I usually use a silicone spatula and I tried that with this pan. It did not go well. I guess my spatula is too soft. It wasn't picking up all of the egg and there was a lot of egg sticking to the pan. I switched it to a wooden spatula and it worked so much better. I was able to get a clean flip with a wooden spatula, so I'd highly recommend using a wooden spatula with this pan. It says on the packaging that you can use metal utensils, but I was too worried to try. I will stick with wooden.
I love that this pan is versatile, I can't wait to make a recipe where I'm cooking on the stove and finish it off in the oven. My previous frying pan could not go in the oven.
I found this pan very easy to clean. No complaints. I will definitely be getting rid of my other frying pan that is the same size as this and only using this one.
I highly recommend this frying pan.

Not your mama's frying pan

I am so excited to be able to review this hybrid clad frying pan - Paderno is known for quality products and they sure don't disappoint! From stovetop to oven, this frying pan does double duty: I was able to sear a piece of meat and then finish it off in the oven for the perfect steak. Best part? I could use a fork to flip the meat and not be afraid that I was going to scratch the finish of the pan - this patterned grid is metal utensil safe. Washes up great too. I wish all my frying pans were hybrid clad!

Great Frypan

PADERNO Hybrid Clad Frypan, 28-cm

I’ve had the opportunity to try this frying pan on various days, including this holiday weekend. I liked the size of this frypan as it is perfect to cook for a family. This pan is versatile, great for every day use to make omelettes, sauces and fried rice. It has a unique raised stainless steel grid which is great for searing. The heat is evenly distributed with this pan while the handles remained cool. It is durable and easy to clean due to the stick resistant coating.

Hybrid Wonder Perfect Pan

Great mornings for my kiddos means crepes! With the Paderno Hybrid Clad Frying Pan, I was able to make the perfect golden stack for brunch!

The 28” pan made it easy to get a perfect even circle. With a little butter rubbed evenly on the bottom and a low heat setting the induction compatible heavy gauge pan heats evenly ensuring a golden crepe every time. The slick ceramic coating makes it more stick resistant than my regular stainless steel pan and that along with the stay cool handle made it easy for the flip test!

One of the best features that I am looking forward to testing out is that the pan is oven-safe up to 500°F. The possibilities are endless!

While the pan is quite heavy and not dishwasher safe (hand washing preferred), it’s a small price to pay for this hybrid wonder!

So versatile

I am in love with this Paderno hybrid clad frypan. It cooks like steel but cleans like a non stick frypan. The most amazing part about it is that it can go into the oven (upto 500 F) so I can do all my pastas in this pan and put it straight into the oven. I am using it on stove but it is also induction compatible. It is safe to use metal utensils on it and really high quality and durable. I highly recommend you guys to go and get one for yourself at your @canadiantire store.
