Beautiful high quality cutting board!

High quality cutting board made in Canada. It’s such a joy to use! The cutting board can be used on both sides. One side features a groove to catch all the delicious meat juices or veggies that can roll around. The other side is smooth and perfect to use as a charcuterie board or as a work station. I used the cutting board as my work station to make dumplings! It contained the flour that got everywhere and it was easy to pick up for easy cleaning in the sink. As long as you care for this board (mineral oil, do not soak in water, do not put in the dishwasher), this board will last and your knife will thank you!

Maple Roast Board! Made by #padernokitchenware, and from #Canadiantire, this is a meal prep must have! Rectangular in shape, it is 12"X18" and it’s crafted from 100% premium Canadian maple hardwood. This is an excellent cutting surface! Handy for chopping just about anything, the moat around the outer edge collects/prevents any liquids from spilling over onto the countertop. This has saved me a lot of time cleaning in the kitchen afterwards and with a simple wipe down, I've now cleaned my new cutting board and I can use the reverse side as a serving platter. Not only do the dug handles make it so much easier to carry, but the food stays still (so I don't have to worry about a mishap) and when placed on my kitchen table, it just makes everything look more enticing! It has definitely earned a spot in my kitchen and will stay there for at least a decade as I plan to take care of it. Excellent craftsmanship!

Great size, not too heavy

I really enjoyed this cutting board! The only thing is, you have to maintain it. I definitely don't have any of the mineral oil treatment I'm supposed to use to keep it in good shape. I kind of wish it just came with a small sample bottle so you can maintain it the moment you bring it home. Since I received this for free to test, I wasn't able to start off with the mineral oil right away.

So impressed that this maple roast board is made in Canada. It collected all the juices and it’s reversible which just blew my mind. I also love the durability and look. A must have for your kitchen !

Beautiful Board!

This board is beautiful in it's wood and design. I enjoyed using it and really appreciate the grooves around the edges - very handy in collecting juices from resting meat! It's a lovely addition to my kitchen.

Great Cutting board

I was very excited to receive this Paderno Maple Hardwood Roast Cutting board. When I opened the box, I noticed how beautiful it looks and how high quality it is. I have had a chance to use it for a week so far and I love that it doesn’t stain from food like my other cutting board. It stays in place while chopping food. And it is much more lightweight compared to my other wood chopping board I have. I have chopped tomatoes on it that have had lots of juices to test the grooves along the edges. They do a good job of collecting liquids. I haven’t had a chance yet to cut a roast on it however, which is what it is originally designed for per the name of the product. It is very high quality wood and I would definitely buy this product again as a gift or recommend it to others.

Excellent cutting board

First of all I would like to thank you so much butterly for giving me the opportunity to try this awesome paderno board.
It’s just amazing, the wood quality is perfect, it’s a little heavy but very solid , the size is large so there is enough space for cutting and chopping many things at a time.
It’s really very durable.
Love it.

PADERNO Maple Hardwood Cutting Board

I love my PADERNO Maple Hardwood Roast Cutting Board! The quality and craftsmanship are great, and it has become my new kitchen essential. We are a family of 6 and the size is perfect for larger meals. It easily can move from counter to table as a serving board/trivet. The lip allows for a mess free table/counter, keeping juices on the board. The maple hardwood is durable and easy to clean. The board is heavy which keeps it firmly in place while using. I appreciate the generous surface when prepping and chopping. I would definitely recommend using the PADERNO mineral oil with it!

A piece of Canadian heaven in the kitchen!

This board is incredible. Paderno is already a great brand, but they went above and beyond with this board. I used it to put a turkey roast on to cool and i also used it to slice up watermelon. Both times the grooved side collected the juices perfectly. Who loves no messes!? Coming in at 12 x 18 inches, it's a lovely sized board. It seems sturdy, durable and is smoothed down to perfection. I've used it three times since i received it and will continue to use it going forward. Thanks Paderno! You've outdone yourself with this one.
