Great wood cutting board

As a Chinese, cutting board is very important for me to cook, I always used wood cutting board, it’s high hardness, but the disadvantage is heavy, and easy to mold, I have also used plastic cutting board, but prefer wood. I also use it to cut vegetables, fruits, cooked meat, etc. There is always a favorite cutting board in Canada that makes me feel like I’m in my homeland China, I like it very much

I couldn't be happier with my new Canadian Maple cutting board. I love that it's reversible, has the grooved border on one side that collects juices, and also some of the small scraps. I have a very small amount of counter space in my apartment, and it has even created an entire new space for me to use. After washing by hand and drying there was no warp at all, which is something I've always experienced with wood cutting boards therefore I would only use marble, but that marble is so heavy. Where even with the size of the Paderno cutting board I have, it is so light that it makes it easy to move around the kitchen with. Thank you so much Paderno, you have now become a part of my daily cooking routines and with some small oil treatments I know this will last me a lifetime!

Quality Cutting Board

Absolutely love this board , not only does it wipe clean easily it doesn’t wobble off the counter like some others. You can definitely tell the quality as you can smell to quality in the wood . No marks or knicks from any of our knives.

This cutting board is amazing. It's a very smooth-to-touch but very useful cutting board. The thickness and usefulness of this board are top-notch. I would recommend this product for anyone who is good at cutting food products, like meat or vegetables or fruit. Great quality craftsmanship as well.

Beautiful Roast Board!!!

We love this high quality maple roast board by Paderno! The board is large in size and heavy which means high quality! We had friends over for dinner and decided to sous vide a few steaks and presented them on this board. The steaks were perfect and tasted so much better on this board. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Cutting Board. - Canadian Made!!

Got this PADERNO Maple Hardwood Roast Cutting Board for free to test for my honest review. Love the size of this board 12-in-18in not too big and not too small. Also the thickness of the board it perfect. I love that its not too heavy as previously I have owned a board that was so heavy I just never used it because of that. It is Canadian maple and made in Canada which I love. One side has a groove which I haven’t used yet but would be perfect when cutting a roast. It is also visually appealing as it sits on my counter now. I did season it with mineral oil as recommended. Excellent product and would recommend.
