    My new favourite pan

    We received - PADERNO Non-Stick Champagne Frypan which is touted with features like durable heavy-gauge aluminum body for optimal heat distribution. This was absolutely true. The heat was even and it was a great weight. Not too heavy that it was cumbersome but not light like some other pans. My favourite part is the non stick. Between sauces and eggs in the morning, it’s done a great job
