I'm actually kind of obsessed with this pan

Not only do I find this pan to be lighter than my other one (same size), but it's a lot prettier too. I found that this product was pretty amazingly non-stick. I was reading that I should still add a bit of oil, or butter to prevent the non stick coating from coming off for non stick pans - so I did try making pancakes with both methods. They honestly turned out amazing. I find that my other frying pan has a tendency to get sUPER hot, and my pancakes always end up burning. After I turned the heat down to low, this pan remained a nice even heat which I absolutely adore. I just wish I got a bigger pan - this one makes one perfectly round 1/4 cup pancake at a time. If you do 2, they end up as ovals.

New Favourite Pan

This pan is my new go to. It’s durable but lightweight. The silicone grip handle is so nice while cooking and I love that it is oven safe. I really put the non stick claim to the test with last nights dinner and it passed with flying colours! I am for sure interested to try other products from the Paderno line now.

Fantastic non stick pan

I love how well this pan works. It's got a great weight to it, the handle feels nice and nothing sticks to it. I cooked some fish and manged to get a great sear and crispness to the skin. It cleans up like a dream too. I just took a swipe of a sponge and everything was off.

My new favourite pan

We received - PADERNO Non-Stick Champagne Frypan which is touted with features like durable heavy-gauge aluminum body for optimal heat distribution. This was absolutely true. The heat was even and it was a great weight. Not too heavy that it was cumbersome but not light like some other pans. My favourite part is the non stick. Between sauces and eggs in the morning, it’s done a great job
