My New Favourite Frypan

Well this frying pan is pretty amazing. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it also works beautifully. The first thing I noticed was how light the pan was, even though it is a substantially size. We were planning for a quick lunch, so I decided to make eggs on this new frying pan. I found the PADERNO frypan to heat evenly and stay at a nice temperature. The eggs cooked absolutely perfectly, and had a wonderful taste and texture. We eat a lot of eggs, so I could really notice a difference in how they cooked in the PADERNO. This will definitely become my go-to frying pan. It has a good depth to it, so would be useful for many different foods. Thank you for letting me try this - I will now be spoiled to go back to my old frying pan! I also found the cleanup to be a pleasure - nothing was stuck on the pan, a quick soap and wipe and it was all clean.
