This came in right on time as I was having people over for the weekend and we wear serving a lot of chicken and without a doubt, this is the cooking tool I was lacking in my inventory.
Also, because of the great design of this fork, your knife will cut perfectly through your chicken as it is made of excellent steel and has a very comfortable handle. Moreover, the fork's tip is sharp enough to lift and transfer your chicken piece to a serving tray. Fantastic quality and great appearance.

Everyone needs a Carving fork

I was overly excited to receive the Paderno Professional Montgomery Fully Forged Carving Fork, 4-in because I cook chicken and birds regularly. This fork has such a great shape to it so your knife can carve perfect into your chicken. It is great quality steel and has a very comfortable handle. The end of the fork is sharp enough to pick up and place your meat onto your serving tray. This is definitely the utensil I was missing in my kitchen and I will be sure to purchase a matching carving knife from paderno. Great quality and elegant look.
