Beautiful Knife

This wonderful knife came in the mail for us to try!! It feels so nice to cut with and my husband (format chef) is very happy with how sharp it is, and how nicely it glides through the meat. Would deffinetly buy one of the other knives to use on a daily basis!

I received Paderno Professional Montgomery Fully Forged Carving Knife, 10-in to try for free and share my opinion. And what I can say - it cuts so well! It is easy to hold, and very sharp. Tried on the pork belly - felt like I slicing soft butter. Cut my finger just by touching it. I love this knife and definitely recommend it.

Great knife for the money

As a professional chef I will be reviewing this knife. It has a great handle with balance, very nice weight, And it’s very comfortable in my hand., however, I was disappointed with the durability. The blade did not hold its sharpness by the time I was halfway through the second strip loin , and needed to be sharpened. For the home cook who is not going to be cutting numerous pieces of meat is a fantastic knife. Knife appears to be of good quality but not quite professional quality

Very sturdy knife

I received the Paderno 10 inch carving knife for #free for my honest review .This knife is forged from a single piece of steel from blade to tip for extra durability. When i first opened it and picked it up i noticed it had a very good weight to it.The handle has a rounded spine which i found fit perfectly in my hand as i have arthritis and some things are hard for me to hold but this knife was good .It was super sharp and carved my ham to perfection. i would definitely recommend this carving knife to anyone !! Thank you Butterly and Paderno for giving me this opportunity.

Fantastic Quality

Excellent knife. Comes out of package very sharp and had no problem cutting through sausage with crispy skin. The handle feels nice to hold, and the weight is distributed evenly. Overall great product!

This carving knife effortlessy cuts through all types and cuts of meat! So pleased with this product, the meat retains its shape and texture unlike with other knives I have used in the past! 10/10 would reccommend this product!

The knife you didn't know you needed

What a beautiful knife! This is the knife you didn’t know you needed.
I was a bit nervous using it at first because of the large blade and its extremely sharp.
I used it on a full chicken I baked and am really impressed it how easy it cut through the chicken and how clean the cuts turned out. The knife helped me get the most out of my chicken and the remaining carcass was used for making a chicken broth.
This is the perfect knife for cutting through large pieces of meats, like turkeys, hams, roasts, chickens, steaks etc. when you want thin, clean pieces.
The knife is really well designed and will last me for life.
The only thing the knife is is lacking is a cover for the large blade, which is extremely sharp. It makes it difficult for storing.

Nothing like a Great Knife!!!

The Paderno Professional 10" carving knife is a reliable and sharp tool for slicing and carving tasks. Its long blade allows for precise cuts, and the ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip. This knife is a great addition to my kitchen, I love that I can slice my roasts without draining all the juice. I can slice my roasts as thin or thick as I like with this knife.
