I was really desapointed with this product. Not efficient at all ...

I received this as a hand-me-down from a friend. She tried it in her dishwasher and her dishes did not get cleaned. Chalking it up to hard water, she passed the product onto me. The soap worked ok for about 2 washes, after which residue built up on all the glassware. Additionally, unless the dishes are entirely rinsed of any food particles, dishes and silverware will not get cleaned. Even w/ the help of a rinse aid, like jet dry, the dishes do not come out clean. We tried to be good for the environment, but the product just doesn't work.. Back to the cascade tablets for us.
