Non stick

A kitchen must have! I use it regularly to not have things stick on. Doesn’t alter the taste of food, but let’s it cook rather then stick on and burn

I love that this oil spray does not add any extra calories or change the flavor or the foods cooked with it. I can use it with my baking and the flavors of my baked goods though without any oily taste.

This spray goes on evenly and is wonderful if you are dieting because you get the nice rich taste as cooking in olive oil without the calories. Whether it's an omelette or a stir fry...it turns out so well every time.

I have always used the original Pam and have had no issues. I tired this product and it seemed to get clogged when I would try to spray it and came out too thick or not at all.

I've been using this product for a few years now and like the lightness of the taste, it works well on all of my cookware, no stickiness, less scrubbing afterwards.

Pam Olive Oil spray is great helps with a lot of my dishes from sticking! I highly recommend this for any kind of baking as well ! The coconut spray is just as good !
