This product is seriously a life saver! Or shall I say pan saver? I use it for baking cakes so the cake doesn't stick to the pan and also for sooo many other things that I bake in the oven, a dream product to have.

Pam spray is great product. I use it when i need just a little bit of grease while cooking and dont want to use lots of oil. Great for pancake mornings :) or any other cooking to avoid sticking to a pan.

This is a product that should be in every home.I would never be without Pam in my pantry.It is good for so many things and it cuts down on oils and Butter and others that people use to grease their pans that only clogs up their arteries.I spray a little on all my bake pans and when I BBQ,I use it on the grill.You can even use a little in a pan to fry Eggs or anything.I recommend this product.
