When we first had our son we used Pampers Baby Dry, as they were less expensive than other brands. Boy was that a mistake!! These diapers leaked, and let out solids as well.
Switched to Pampers Cruisers, and have had no problems since!
J'adore Pampers..
These diapers are good diapers I like them a lot, but they cost way too much, and Shan u have to buy diapers a lot the price makes a big difference.
I have tried these a couple of times on my now ten month old and I was disapointed in this line of Pampers diapers. They are actually smaller then the Cruisers line (yes I measured it! about a half inch difference!!) My son constantly leaked through these diapers (and this is my second son so I am a pro with positioning of the diaper, etc..:) ) and they could not last through the night. I would only use these during the day when you are constantly changing your baby but at night if your child is sleeping for longer then six hour stretches, either go up a size as recommended by Pampers or switch to Cruisers.
i have never had a good expierence with pampers, my daughter would wake up at night soaked after 6 hours, even when trying the night time ones i heard pampers are better for boys and huggies for girls..
I have 11 month old twins, so we go through a lot of diapers!
Recently, instead of my usual Huggies, I picked up 2 boxes of Pampers Baby Dry diapers because they were on sale. First, I don't care for the smell. The scent itself isn't unpleasant but perfume soiled diaper smell isn't the nicest mix! It doesn't work to mask odors, if that is the intention.
Second, when these diapers are even a little bit wet, they turn very bulky very fast. The material used IS nice and soft, slightly softer than Huggies, and probably slightly more comfortable (when dry) for the babies. Unfortunately, this is also why they get so droopy so quickly and lose their shape (saggy bums = not so cute!).
Also, the elastic is maybe a little too stretchy around the waist and even when fastened tightly, they still threaten to fall off after maybe a half hour of playtime.
Overall, I think I'll stick to Huggies.
