These diapers are super absorbent, haven't had any leaks through the fabric so far. We've had very few blowouts/spill-outs as well, and mostly when the diaper was not secured properly in place by the adults.
We used to prefer Swaddlers with a newborn but switched to BabyDry at around size 2.
We've tried Huggies and Walmart brand diapers and so far the Baby Dry have outperformed them. The Baby dry material looks comfortable and even when the diaper is full seems dry on touch. Walmart brand was really cheap material and looked like it would irritate the baby with prolonged use. We used those at 2x the frequency of baby dry because they looked like they would explode with very little in them. Huggies was pretty good too but they were too wide for our tall and lanky baby.
I love these diapers for my son! I find them really absorbent and I have never had a problem with rashes from them. They tend to go on sale a lot and I always find coupons for them! I also love the points program they offer as it's just another benefit from the company! My friends tend to use these diapers on all of their kids too and love them!
11-18 years ago I used Pampers brand diapers as a babysitter and then as a full time nanny. I never had a problem with them and they were a great product at that time. In the last 11 years however the company changed how they were made adding in extra meshes and stay dry blue gel to them and totally ruined the diapers.
When my niece and nephew came along the blue gel they used in them was creating diaper rashes that would not heal and some babies got such bad infections from their rashes that they died. Not only that, but blow outs happen often in with babies wearing these diapers. After all my bad experiences with these diapers in recent years I would not buy them for my own babies, would not recommend them and only use Walmart brand diapers, Huggies or cloth diapers on my little ones.
I'm not sure if it's because it is too large or what but my baby's poop always spill on the back. Like everytime. We were using the Swaddler size 3 before we use this and it seems to be like it for a while now. We're planning on going back to Swaddler size 4 after we use all of this.
I've used pampers since my daughter was a new born, my daughter is now almost 4 and she only needs a pull up or diaper at night , she can take it off herself wether it's a pull-up or not. I love the night time ones especially because they definitely hold more.
I was always using Costco Kirkland brand diapers but my son filled the diaper or leaked on the sides and always woke up because of it . I switched to baby dry and have had no problems!! I'd say the work way better
Pampers are the only diapers I use. These one in particular I use often. I have never had a "blow out" and my son has not had a rash with these diapers. They go on sale often so they are a great price.
My daughter is currently wearing this size diaper. It has great hold. She rarely had a leak. She doesn't complain or pull on them. They have sweet Sesame Street characters on them and she loves how Elmo is on them, even the box.
I tried Pampers with my first and third child. I didn't mind them with my first, but they weren't my top choice.. After trying Pampers with my son, I realized how thin and non absorbent they were.. After he would pee, and I would go to change him, I could see the wetness on him...
