Not impressed

My daughter was given a pack of Pampers as a gift and so she used them ans my poor grandson got a rash so bad around the elastic seam and sure didn't keep him as dry as the Huggies we use. We thought maybe it was just a one time rash but when she ran out og Huggies she again tried the Pampers she had at home left over..again my grandson got a rash..so I am going to say its definitely the Pampers
