It works!!

I received this PanOxyl Acne wash as part of set from @thisisButterly to test in exchange for my honest opinion. First, you must read the directions carefully! This product is used more like a mask instead of a face wash. The name is misleading. However, it definitely works! My face has been clear of acne ever since I started using it. Just be careful around the lips! It's very drying. I would definitely recommend this product!

PANOXYL ACNE WASH – 4% BENZOYL PEROXIDE CREAM

I decided to try this product for persistent adult acne and it works. I can see actual unclogging of the pores and the skin is less oily in general. Therefore I believe it works as it claims by using benzoyl peroxide to kill acne-causing bacteria and removing excess oils. I use it as a part of a daily acne treatment routine and it keeps the breakouts in control and prevents new breakouts. The creamy formula is gentle and hydrating enough for daily cleanse. My skin did not experience any dry-out after daily usage, which is usually the case for powerful acne cleansers.

Creamy acne wash

I have stubborn acne under my chin area but glad to discover this creamy wash. It is non irritating and you just need small amount to wash your face, you can feel it sheds your dead skin giving you soft skin.

Good for all acne prone areas

This PanOxyl Acne Wash is a powerful daily cleanser that can be used on the face, chest, back, and any acne prone areas. With benzoyl peroxide cream 4%, it helps to kill acne bacteria. Since I have dry and sensitive skin, I find it too oil stripping and leaves my skin dry, especially on the face.

Good clean but not drying out my skin

I’ve been using this product with the other lines for a week. I’m a 30 year old woman with acne. Adult acne runs in my family so I was really excited to get to try this.

I like how it doesn’t have that minty “cooling” feeling that gets put in a lot of face washes because it burns my face.

It doesn’t dry out my skin but still gets the dirt out of my face from working out.

Not for me

The Panoxyl acne wash (4% benzoyl peroxide cream) works differently than other cleansers in that you apply it first then wait 2 minutes before washing it off, and to be honest I don't really have the time or patience for something like that in my routine (conditioner is hard enough). The product itself has a very strong chemical scent, kind of bleach-like, and an oily lotion-like consistency. Given the harsh smell I was surprised that this did not irritate my skin and did not make my skin feel dry. I did not notice much positive difference in my skin either though. Overall I would not use this just due to the hassle of the application process and the strong bleach-like smell.

Acne clearing formula.

The acne wash from Panoxyl is gentle acne clearing formula,it has a creamy consistency and works more like a cleansing cream than a foaming wash.I used it once at night time and I would definitely recommend it to someone looking to clear their acne.

Love it

This acne wash is fantastic! My son, who deals with acne more than I do, has adopted this product and absolutely adores it. It's refreshing on his skin and doesn't leave it feeling dry afterward. With its creamy texture, a little goes a long way. It has definitely made a difference in clearing his acne, and considering its reasonable price, I'll definitely buy it again.
