Reduces acne

I used this product for about 1 week I think this reduces my acne and I see this is improving on my faces. I will try longer to see more results. I think my face became smoother.

Decent

The cleanser is smooth on the skin and feels gentle. It doesn't lather as much and is easy to use. I will continue to use it to see more of the product but for a week use I don't see a big difference. It's not drying and doesn't give me a breakout

Great wash for my skin

I liked the consistency without being sticky at all. Easily removed during wash. Not at all time consuming. I have started seeing slight changes in my acne since I started.

Effective for acne

I was sent the PanOxyl 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Wash for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.

I received the PanOxyl 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Wash and it has been a game changer for my skin. Generally, I have fairly clear skin with the occasional breakout, but lately I have noticed that my cheeks have been more speckled with red and brown spots, which are most likely caused by my facemask. However, I noticed that this started to clear up immediately after using this product. I find the formula for this acne wash to be gentle, but can be a little drying, so moisturizing after use is definitely recommended. I wish that the formula was slightly thicker or created more lather when applying, but it is very effective against acne control so I would still use this product despite my indifference for the texture.  I would like to add that the instructions do warn that the product can cause bleaching, so it is best to use white towels and bedding while using this product. I read the packaging before using and used a white wash cloth to dry off after thoroughly washing and rinsing my face and hands. Despite my best efforts, I still ended up with discolured spots on my coloured towels from drying my hands throughout the day.

Overall, I found this product to be effective and would repurchase this product, as well recommend to others.

Harsh on acne not on skin.

This wash does an excellent job targeting acne without irritating or drying out my skin. I will certainly continue to use this product to help fight my acne.

Great Spot Care

PANOXYL ACNE WASH – 4% BENZOYL PEROXIDE CREAM is my recommended daily wash that cleans and unclogs pores to clear existing breakouts and also help to prevent new blemishes from forming when used as part of a daily acne treatment routine. The package is a decent size to last a couple months. The product is a nice creamy consistency that lathers up nicely, going deep into pores to kill acne-causing bacteria and remove excess oils. Unscented which is nice and non-irritating and gentle on skin. Definitely helps clear up and keep my breakouts/acne at bay. As an adult I use it, as well as my teen daughter who swears by it. One application a day has left great results using as daily acne control and maintenance.

Works but really dried out my skin

The Panoxyl Acne Wash - 4% Benzoyl Peroxide Cream worked, but it really dried out my skin. It feels really great after using, but it stips of all and any oil on my face. I would use this but not on a daily basis. After using, it does seem like my skin is much more clearer.

Very Clean and Fresh Skin!

I have been using this Panoxyl Acne Wash for about a week and I am very happy with the results. The wash is very light and creamy. I used this wash on my problematic areas, which include my forehead, nose and chin. After each use, my skin felt very clean and looked fresh. After several uses, I noticed a reduction in the overall appearance of my skin in these areas. The wash was gentle enough as it did not irritate my skin. Although non irritating, my skin was mildly dry after a number of uses but this was easily corrected with the use of a complementary moisturizer. Overall, this is a great product and I would happily recommend it.

Acne prone skin must have

This product has a weird smell, and reminds me of a chlorinated pool. It's also the type of wash that doesn't foam, which disappointed me. However, the product left my acne prone skin feeling clean, but not dry.
