Not a fan

Product received for free from Crown Labs (Canada) in exchange for an honest review. I wasn't a fan of the facial wash. It had a very strong and lingering scent. I found other products in this line more effective.

Formula is thinner than most

My initial impression is that I thought the formula of the wash was really thin, when I first squeezed some out, it slipped out of my fingers. The wash doesn't create any studs if you like having those in your face wash. It did leave my skin feeling clean, it made my skin feel tighter and helped get rid of the oils. Lastly, it has a faint medicinal/pool smell, not horrible or over really present.

no tears

I have acne prone skin since I was young, lucky that I was selected to try this product. first I used it once a day for 3 days then 2x a day morning and night. i dont feel any tightness and no smell its like cetaphil consistency too, its very mild no foam too that is why i kept on putting more cause i felt its doesn't really clean my face compared to foamy cleanser. Does it work as described? well im so sure as I developed a deep pimple on my cheek and i still have small bumps. I got this for free in exchange for honest review.

Not the one for me

I had the opportunity to try the PANOXYL ACNE WASH – 4% BENZOYL PEROXIDE CREAM. It is meant to be an everyday acne wash, that can be used on your face, chest and back. For me, it was a little too drying, especially around my hairline. I will only be using the acne wash during a breakout, and not as a preventative treatment daily.

Works well, but not great for sensitive skin

This worked great for me, however it has a bit of a chemically smell I couldn't get past, and my skin felt a bit hot after so I think I just had a reaction to one of the ingredients in it.

Drying

Does make my skin dry as expected though since I have dry skin and benzoyl peroxide is a bit strong. It didn't work as well as I would have liked it to though on helping my existing acne heal faster. I would prefer a higher benzoyl peroxide % to use on ad hoc basis.

So-So

We found this product to just be ok. My daughter has been getting breakouts on her forehead. She didn't find that it made a difference. In fact, she thought it was making the pimples worse. I'm not sure if it was just bringing out the pus so that they would heal because we had to submit the review within a week. Some more time would have helped to test the long term effectiveness of the product.

Acne Treatment Cream Wash.

This is cream wash and I have never used anything like this before and it has threw me off everytime I used it because I keep expecting this to lather.

There is directions behind the bottle and will need to peel the paper to see.
I followed the directions which mentioned to apply for 2 mins and rinse.
My face felt dry after using this product.
The product smells like subtle chlorine but fades away to nothing once applied. Probably because of Benzoyl Peroxide.This is cream wash and I have never used anything like this before and it has threw me off everytime I used it because I keep expecting this to lather.

Good for acne

I tried the panoxyl acne wash with 4% benzoyl peroxide, but I found it to be too strong for me. The smell was very strong and it was drying. If you are someone that is a lot of acne, I could see how it would be beneficial at drying out the skin to prevent it. However I tend to just get a few spots of blemishes here and there and it was just to medical for me. I prefer a more natural calming, gentle cleanser.

Pas le résultat escompté

J'ai été choisie par Butterly pour le banc d'essai PanOxyl.
Ce sont des produits de qualité, cependant je n'ai pas nécessairement apprécié la texture trop liquide. Malheureusement, le nettoyant a aussi asséché ma peau.
