Love this cleanser as it helped to clear up hormonal acne breakouts. It left my skin feeling clean and not overly dry. I have sensitive skin and this was effective and gentle enough for me.

Fantastic product but…

Thank you Butterly and PanOxyl for letting me try Benzoyl Peroxide cream 4%. My headline says it’s a fantastic product “but…” and here is why— this product does everything it should, it one of the best for acne treatment but for me, I cannot get away from the staining. If that isn’t something you know already, benzoyl peroxide products can possibly stain(bleach) fabric or your hair and no matter how careful I am, no matter what I do, I manage to stain something. So, unfortunately, while this is one of the best products, it’s not for continued use for me. However, getting past that, it is absolutely great. It’s gentle on the skin, it helps get rid of acne quite quickly and it’s safe to use daily. You apply a light layer on your skin and 2 minutes later, you wash it off. If it doesn’t irritate your skin, you can increase your usage to 2-3 times daily. I do recommend this product, but I will also repeat that you’ll want to be careful with it so you don’t wind up staining anything.

Gentle on the skin

This product saved my skin tremendously! It’s gentle and it doesn’t strip the skin of hydration and it lathers up nicely. I’ve tried plenty of different acne washes in the past and this one is definitely the winner! my acne has been more controlled and the acne is pretty much gone.

Great but it will beach your face clothes

It was a good product. My skin got a little irritated when using the product in sequence. I used the product as directed. It bleached my face clothes but that's okay.

Love thks face wash! Gentle and yet so effective!

My 13 year old who is currently battling acne loves this face wash! We love that it's gentle on his young skin but yet it's very effective as it eliminates bacteria which is a breeding ground for acne. This gives us the confidence that he's getting the deep clean that he needs without irritating him. This cleanser can also be used for the face, chest and back.

Works Well

It made my skin feel very soft after. The application is very easy. My skin felt a little tight after I put it on but in a good way! You can feel the formula working. It's great for acne prone skin.

Good

The face wash is a little strong for me but it does work. I can only use this once a day at night or else it is too drying. It lathers up very nicely and my skin feels very clean after. You can leave this one for a couple minutes before rinsing off if you want better effects, like a mask!

Ready to wear my open-back dress!

I’ve struggled with stubborn acne on my back for years, and even thought I tried countless products without any lasting results, it looks like I have a winner. From the second week applying the PanOxyl Acne Wash with Benzoyl Peroxide Cream 4%, I have noticed a significant reduction in breakouts. The wash cream is very gentle, and yet incredibly effective. I love how it doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or itchy, which is a common sensation with other treatments. The skin from my face, chest and back feels cleaner, clearer, and much more manageable and it’s giving me the confidence to wear swimsuits and dresses again without feeling self-conscious about my back.

Acne cleanser for all skin types

This acne wash contains the same ingredients as my dematologist recommended: Benzoyl peroxide. This product is not scented but active ingredient Benzoyl peroxide does have a distinct smell but is washed away easily. This wash does not foam and provide a smooth washing experience, and can be use for acne on the face, back and chest.
