You can really feel the exfoliation in this. It almost feels like those little beads you’d get in harsher cleaners years ago. Without those beads being in the liquid. So it really does work. It does burn a tiny bit, on any open scratches, or breakouts. But goes away fast. Doesn’t leave skin feeling dry either. Has helped with break outs

Acne treatment liquid with a gentle formula

I recently tried PanOxyl Claryifying Exfoliant with Salicylic Acid 2% for the first time. As someone who has battled severe cystic acne in my youth and has now come to terms with occasional whiteheads and blackheads on my cheek and jawline areas. I was not actively looking for an anti acne product anymore, until I tried PanOxyl Acne series. It is a multi steps products that helps to clear & prevent acne.

After using PanOxyl Acne Wash the next thing that I did is to use PanOxyl Clarifying Exfoliant. It is an acne treatment liquid to apply on the face area that have acne. The way I used it is to shake it, then pour few drops of the liquid to my hand. Followed by slowly applied it into my face. The product is intended to use on adult and children above 12 years old.

The Clarifying Exfoliant liquid is quickly dry and easily absorb to the skin. It left a cool sensation and dry feeling on my skin.

I do not experienced skin irritation or extreme dryness on my skin while or after using the product. Skin irritation and dryness likely occurs if using it with another topical acne at a same time. If irritation happens, use only one product at a time.

Gentle exfoliator.

I have used "clarifying" solutions before but they were always too harsh. This PanOxyl 2% Clarifying Exfoliant is an exception. It does not contain alcohol, so skin is left soft and refreshed. Easy to use, apply with a cotton pad, and then leave on. I used it every day and had no irritation. The blue algae and antioxidants it contains also help reduce redness. A nice product to integrate with your current skin care routine or use with other PanOxyl products for a complete system.
